Rayban Aviator Flash Sunglasses

Rayban Aviator Flash Lenses are one of the post popular eye-wear around the world today. Ray-Ban is a brand of sunglasses and eyeglasses founded in 1937 by American company Bausch & Lomb. The brand is best known for their Wayfarer and Aviator styles of sunglasses. In 1999, Bausch & Lomb sold  the brand to the Italian Luxottica Group for a reported $640 million.

History Of Aviators

The history of the Ray-Ban Aviator dates back to the 1930s, when new airplanes allowed people to fly higher and farther. Many US Army Air Service pilots were reporting that the glare from the sun was giving them headaches and altitude sickness. In 1929, US Army asked Bausch & Lomb, a Rochester, New York-based medical equipment manufacturer, to create aviation sunglasses that would reduce the headaches and nausea experienced by pilots.

The prototype, created in 1936 and known as ‘Anti-Glare’, had plastic frames and green lenses that could cut out the glare without obscuring vision. The sunglasses were remodeled with a metal frame the following year and rebranded as the 'Ray-Ban Aviator'. In 1937, Bausch & Lomb took out the patent, and the Aviator was born.

Through virtual reality and online advertising Ray-Ban is now re-connecting with its customer/client base. Through augmented reality the company can demo products through the "Ray-Ban Virtual Mirror"

Friday Dressing - Semi Casual and Semi Formal Wear

Friday is the last working day of the week for many professionals and also a day to carry a relaxing attitude to office, however to much heavy makeup, jewellery and formals should be avoided on this day.

Many multinationals mark Friday as a casual dressing day also known as "Friday Dressing" where you are welcome to wear semi-formals or semi-casuals to office however on other days it might be considered offensive against the rules and regulations of the company.

Many professionals, college and high school students are confused about semi-formals vs formals and casual vs semi-casuals, they need to realise that there is a very thin line between them, and crossing that line would lead to overdressing and disturbing to many not only that it ends up destroying your reputation in your office and peers and that Is why power dressing was invented for weekdays and semi casuals was considered a more respectable to wear to office.

Unbelievable! "Temple of Goddess Surabhi" ?

I was just going through my Tweets and Facebook page, and I came across this tweet by one of my followers.."That a temple has been created in my name"? I was surprised and I also thought that it was a joke of some kind.. I was gifted the #'s  #thegoddess #iworshipgoddessurabhi #altafeet already on twitter.

Many people commented on my #altafeet posts, and said that they constructed a temple in their home with my feet pictures and pray to them everyday. I even told them not to do so and keep them below the place of gods, because I am not a goddess and I am just a human being. I am extremely religious and a devoted Hindu and I do my daily prayers, I pray and respect all Hindu gods and they are above me and all mankind...I am nobody in front of them..

I visit bhairo temple on every weekend, which gives me immense peace.. however I am across this tweet today by @DesiWarrior @surabhi_lal

Meena Bazaar Suit, White Beauty

During the Mughal Era Meena Bazaars, also known as Kuhs Ruz "Day of Joy" were exclusively held for women, while the emperor and a few princes were the only males present.

The Bazaars took 5 to 8 days during the Norouz (New Year) festival. Emperor Humayun was the first to organize them, but Akbar and his successors made them more elaborate. The fair was closed for the public, while the women of the harem, Rajput ladies and the wives and daughters of the noblemen in the court, set up their own stalls to sell cloth, jewellery, handicrafts etc. Only the emperor, princes and some nobles were allowed to enter the bazaar to purchase the goods, which were sold at high prices. The earnings were given for charity.

In India, Meena Bazar, refers also to a bazaar of the famous Qaisarbagh in the city of Lucknow in the Awadh region of the country. This bazaar was enjoyed by the royal ladies living in the Qaisarbagh complex of Nawab Wajid Ali Shah.

Hairstyle Trends: How To Make A Fishtail Braid

The fishtail braid looks elaborate and will become a favorite for rushed mornings, especially if you have long hair. It turns out beautiful and is great for an average day. This process will become simple after you have tried it a couple of times. You might practice on a baby doll or a Barbie doll to gain proficiency.

1. Divide your hair into two large sections, parting straight down the middle. For a sharper look, you can use a comb to part your hair evenly. If you'd prefer the tousled Katniss Everdeen (from The Hunger Games) look, simply part it with your hands
